Privacy Policy

Lullaby Care is a household baby log created by Sansavision, a subdivision of Sansa Group AB in Gothenburg, Sweden. Core logging works on your phone without an account. This policy explains what stays on the device, what optional services you can turn on, and what we never do.

What the app stores on your phone

Feed, sleep, diaper, pump, growth, temperature, medication, stash, and notes live in a local SQLite database. On a development or App Store build the database is SQLCipher-encrypted with a key in the device keychain. Missing sessions stay unknown. They are never invented.

What does not require an account

Starting and stopping care, undoing a log, and exporting CSV never wait on sign-in. You can use Lullaby Care indefinitely without creating an account.

Optional account, sync, and encrypted backup

If you sign in with a magic link or one-time code, we store the email address you provide so we can authenticate you. Household sync sends event records to a Durable Object for that household. Optional cloud backup is encrypted on the device before it is uploaded. We cannot read the contents of that backup. You can delete the remote account and backup from Settings.

Partners and guests

• A partner invite joins the same household ledger after they sign in.
• A guest link can log feed, sleep, diaper, and a note for a limited time. Guests cannot export, invite others, or read private notes.

What we do not do

• We do not sell care data.
• We do not build advertising profiles from the log.
• We do not diagnose, prescribe, or predict medical outcomes.
• We do not hold history hostage behind a subscription. Raw export is always available.

Children

Lullaby Care is used by caregivers to log a child's care. Accounts belong to adults. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

Lullaby Care is published by Sansavision, a subdivision of Sansa Group AB, Gothenburg, Sweden. Data for optional backup is stored in the EU (Western Europe) when cloud features are used.
