Terms of Use

These terms cover the Lullaby Care iOS app and the lullabycare.app site, published by Sansavision. By using the product you agree to this document and the Privacy Policy.

Intended use

Lullaby Care organizes a household care log. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or predict medical risk. Rhythm Window shows likely routine windows from your own recent logs, with uncertainty. Association is not cause. Visit pack is a caregiver-authored summary for appointments, not a clinical report.

Your log

You own the entries you create. You can view, undo, and export them from Settings while your subscription is active. A subscription is how you use Lullaby Care. Yearly plans include a 3-day free trial, then $49.99 / year. Monthly plans are billed immediately at $4.99 with no trial. Cancel anytime in Apple subscriptions. After you subscribe, new logs are stored on the phone first and sync when a network is available if you choose to create an account.

Accounts

An account is optional for core logging on this iPhone. Create one only when you want household sharing, partner or guest invitations, multi-device sync, or encrypted cloud backup. Sign-in uses a magic link or one-time code; there is no password. Keep your email inbox secure. You can delete the remote account from Settings. Local data stays on the phone until you reset it.

Subscriptions

Paid access is billed through Apple. Manage, cancel, or request a refund using your Apple ID settings. We do not sell subscriptions outside the App Store.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse sign-in, backup, guest links, or any Lullaby Care service. Do not attempt to extract other households' data. Do not use the product to provide medical advice to others as if it were a clinical system.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. Timers, amounts, and rhythm estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Always follow advice from a qualified clinician. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
