Terms of Use

These terms cover the Lullaby Care iOS app and the lullabycare.app site, published by Sansavision, a subdivision of Sansa Group AB in Gothenburg, Sweden. By using the product you agree to this document and the Privacy Policy.

Intended use

Lullaby Care organizes a household care log. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or predict medical risk. Rhythm Window shows likely routine windows from your own recent logs, with uncertainty. Association is not cause. Visit pack is a caregiver-authored summary for appointments, not a clinical report.

Your log

You own the entries you create. You can view, undo, and export them whether or not you subscribe. Family Plus is optional. Yearly plans include a 3-day free trial. Monthly plans are billed immediately at $4.99. Core logging, history, and raw export remain available without a paid plan. The paywall never blocks start, stop, or save.

Accounts

An account is optional and exists so you can sync a household, invite a partner, mint a guest link, and restore an encrypted backup. Keep your email inbox secure. You can delete the remote account from Settings. Local data stays on the phone until you reset it.

Subscriptions

Paid access is billed through Apple. Manage, cancel, or request a refund using your Apple ID settings. We do not sell subscriptions outside the App Store.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse sign-in, backup, guest links, or any Lullaby Care service. Do not attempt to extract other households' data. Do not use the product to provide medical advice to others as if it were a clinical system.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. Timers, amounts, and rhythm estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Always follow advice from a qualified clinician. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
